Combo Yoga Pilates

In our class of Combo Yoga and Pilates, we combine yoga postures, Pilates exercises and breathing techniques.

​

We approach Yoga as posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique, and concentrate on physical exercise and balance work.

​

As we  give a priority to quality, our group classes of Combo Yoga & Pilates have maximum of 8 participants per class.
