Combo Pilates

​

With the Combo Pilates we follow a circuit training that offers both Reformer and a mat work in one class. Following the BASI block system, clients will ‘move’ through the same muscle group exercises in a ‘half-half’ way; on the equipment and on the mat - after each muscle group they will change places. 

​

Even more body awareness, ton of fun and at least few ‘a-ha!’ moments.

​

As we give priority to quality, our group classes of Combo Pilates have a  minimum of 4 participants and a maximum  of 10 participants.
